Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required, MBA or related advanced degree preferred.

5+ years of experience in healthcare leadership, healthcare operations and/or management consulting with significant experience leading transformation engagements.

Exceptional problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop innovative, practical solutions.

Deep expertise in US healthcare, specifically insurers and providers, enabling the candidate to provide insights and advice that is grounded in a thorough understanding of the industry or area.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and solutions to a variety of audiences.

Strong collaboration and team-building skills, including experience in leading diverse teams and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
